Deleting a user’s account

To permanently delete a user’s account:

1. From the main menu select System

2. Click User Management

3. Search for the user account you want to delete

4. Select the account

5. In the Edit User dialog, click the Delete/Lock User tab

6. Click Delete User

Note

You cannot recover the account. Our Support team can help you if you accidentally delete a user account.
