Monitoring usage
To download reports on activity on NOW Privacy:
From the main menu select System
Click Usage Report
Click Download usage report
NOW Privacy downloads a ZIP file containing:
A metrics file in CSV format
A summary file in CSV format
A summary file in text format
The metrics data gives you daily counts of searches, indexed items, and item body views.
The summary data gives you information on general activity, data sources, users, searches, and licenses.
You need to have one of these roles:
SecurityManager
EnhancedSecurityManager
