NOW Privacy gives you two ways to search:

  • Simple search

    • Searches 26 core metadata fields

    • Offers proximity search and fuzzy matching

  • Advanced search

    • Uses Query Builder, a graphical tool for search queries

    • Gives you more than 90 search fields

    • Searches multiple fields at once

    • Allows Boolean AND, OR, and NOT

  • Data subject search

    • Gives you an easy way to build searches for an individual person

    • Load the searches into Query Builder to extend with more search terms

    • Useful for GDPR Subject Access Requests

From any search page you can go to a different search type using the dropdown:
