Viewing audit entries

You can see the Audit entries screen if you have one of these roles:

• Auditor

• SecurityManager

• EnhancedSecurityManager

This screen allows you to see events that happened in NOW Privacy. For example:

• Queries that you ran

• Queries that ran automatically, for example to populate charts on a dashboard

• Tagging jobs

• Crawls that you started, paused, resumed, or stopped

• Data sources that you created

• Searches for similar documents

You can filter by the user who triggered an event. Also, you can filter by event type. The event types are:

• search

• vault

• retrieval

• crawl

• system status
