Changing a user’s security groups

A user’s security groups define the data the user can see.

To change a user’s security groups:

  1. From the main menu select System

  2. Click User Management

  3. Select a user

  4. In the Edit User dialog, click the Permissions tab

  5. Check the security groups you want to add or remove

  6. Click Update Security Groups

You can define your own security groups.
