Managing jobs

The Task Monitor:

• shows you the status of jobs that are running

• allows you to download query results that you’ve exported

• allows you to delete exports

What are jobs?

Jobs are things that NOW Privacy does in the background. For example:

• exporting the results of a query

• tagging a collection of documents

• running a workflow at a scheduled time

The time it takes to run a job depends on the complexity of the task. For example, it’s much quicker to tag a thousand items than a million.
