Enabling a workflow

To enable an automated workflow:

  1. From the main menu select Automated Workflows

  2. Select the workflow you want to enable

  3. Click Workflow ⇾ Enable

If the workflow you enable has a schedule, it will now run automatically on that schedule until someone:

  • disables it

  • deletes it

  • deletes the schedule

Users with the WorkflowManager role can enable workflows that they created or that they have permission to edit. They cannot disable any other workflows.
