Adding a tag
Introduction
You can add tags whenever you’re working with results in table form.
You can add tags to an item:
manually
from a group
using bulk actions
Adding a tag manually
To add a tag manually:
Find an item to tag
Type a tag into the Add a new tag… entry box
click +Add
Adding a tag from a group
Find an item to tag
Click Common Tags to make sure all the groups are visible
Click the tag you want to add
- Common tags
This area initially shows the three most frequently used tags for all users. Each time you add a tag, it appears in the Quickly Tag area, replacing the oldest tag that was there.
- Common in these documents
This area shows the most popular tags for all users for only the items that were returned by this search.
- Frequently used
This area shows the most popular tags for all users for all items.
Note
If a group has no members, you might not see it.
Adding a tag using bulk actions
Click the check box to the left of each item you want to tag
Click the bulk actions icon
Type a tag
Click Add Tag
