Viewing similar items

To view and compare similar items:

  1. Follow the steps to search for an item and find similar items

  2. Click on one of the similar items

    The Compare Documents dialog appears

    • The left pane shows the original document you searched for

    • The right pane shows the similar document that you selected

    • A Similarity Score shows the confidence level that the item on the right really is similar to the original item

  3. Click Next

    • The right pane now shows the next similar document

    • The Similarity Score shows the score for the document in the right pane

    • The left pane doesn’t change

  4. In the left pane or the right pane, click the Metadata tab

    You can navigate in each tab to view and compare the metadata
