Things to consider

  • It is possible to export the results you’ve found and use them in BI toolchains. The exports can include a wide variety of information about individual files, and can also contain summary statistics about documents.

  • Charts can be very helpful to summarise the locations of data.

  • The Risk dashboard presents a graphical representation of information which is interactive.

  • If you have several searches which represent different aspects of your data estate, it is possible to use workflows to give yourself a summary of the number of records matching each search.
