Saving advanced search queries

When you create a new search definition in Query Builder you can save it:

• externally in a file

• internally in NOW Privacy

Save from Query Builder to a file

1. From the Export menu select Export query

2. In the Export current query dialog, give your query definition a name

3. Add a description (optional)

4. Click the plus sign in Query Contents if you want to see the definition of your query

5. Click Download

NOW Privacy saves the file on your computer and gives it an eqf extension.

Save from Query Builder to NOW Privacy storage

1. From the Search menu select Save

2. In the Save current Query dialog, give your query definition a name

3. Add a description (optional)

4. Click the plus sign in Query Contents if you want to see the definition of your query

5. Click Save
