Data categories

Each metadata field in Exonar belongs to a category:

Field:	Description:
Common	Common to all files. For example, every file has a content type
Database	The database data sources.
Email	Email messages. Note that Subject is not an email-only field. It’s in the Other category.
File System	Examples: file size, whether the file is read only.
Personal Information	Examples: credit card numbers, postcodes, ethnicity found in the body of a file.
Other	Examples: character count, last author, crawl date.
Enterprise Vault	The Enterprise Vault data source.
iManage	Specific to the iManage data source
Custom	Can be created when you define a database data source. Or can be created for you by Exonar.
