Has Completed Indexing?

Set to true after we index the file.

We automatically index all data.

Some metadata fields for the file will be unavailable until the indexing step is complete.

For example, we detect postcodes during indexing. If the Has Completed Indexing? field is false, the Postcodes field will be empty.
